Add a CommentThis book is amazing! I loved it so much! I used to not like reading but since I read this book, I read sooo much! I fully recommend this book to anyone because it's not all romance. Loved it, 5 stars :)
I thought it was great, my big brother actually gave me the trilogy to read and it was really good! Hatter is my fave character, and the romance between Dodge and Alyss wasn't graphic, or inapropriate just sweet. Anyway it was good reading.
This book is Awesome! I never liked the original Alice in Wonderland books or movies, but i loved this book sooo much that I decided to read the whole series. The author wrote it really well, and I loved the way he did just everything! I think the twist on the characters was very interesting, my favorite character was Hatter Madigan!
The Looking Glass Wars is a trilogy spin-off of Alice in Wonderland books by Lewis Carroll. The story itself was enjoyable to read, my only issues with it the characters where not people you could become attached to or root for. You wanted Alyss to win and go home to Wonderland, but you didn't feel any real connection to her good or bad. The book as a whole felt rushed and had a lot of loose-ends and just unexplained points. What was enjoyable was the explanation of Wonderland and the entire of the other places in the book are amazing.
This book was an interesting spinoff of the Wonderland. It even included some historical features such as Alice Lindell and the Lindell Family. Also the author of the original Wonderland was included. This book tied in fantasy to history in some ways. I thought it was a pleasant read but found the characters needed to be developed more. But it keeps you entertained and happy.
A wonderful, creative twist on the classic Alice in Wonderland. I love the concept of 'imagination' and how Wonderland is a, haha, queendom. get it? Never mind. Alice is this rebellious, cheeky girl at the beginning, and it's wonderful to see how she grows and becomes this beautiful Queen. All the ties in of the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, and also, the writing of the original story are just amazing. An absolute must read for anyone, even if they haven't read Alice in Wonderland. WELL, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??
i loved this book. its really good, and worth reading. there are better books, but not by much. its one of my favorite books.
I totally loved this new twist on Alice and Wonderland even better than its Classic counterpart. I love how Alice is a spunky warrior and not a naive airhead. the sequel was good too, with that sweet romance between her and Dodge. can't wait to read the third installment, I've got it on hold!
This is an AMAZING version of Alice in Wonderland. I loved the original, but this is incredible! So excellent I have no other words!
A truly amaizing story, wonderfuly writtin. i would reccomend this to anyone who liked the new alice in wonderland movie.
