A superb indepth look (bio) on Louisa May Alcott and her family's life. They were very close to one another to the end of their days. Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau are featured as well, which was a nice surprise. For example, Emerson was a close family friend who helped the family out in many ways until his death. It's gratifying to know that in her short life, she accomplished what she set out to do.
