This is the greatest book I've ever
read. It gave me new ideas on how my program should be and how much I should lift. I've packed on a lot of muscle from reading this book and I ended up buying it. Not only does it cover exercise, it also covers
the history of bodybuilding and nutrition. It gives you pictures of other bodybuilders so that you may have a clear goal as to what you want to accomplish. If you want some serious size now, check this book out, it doesn't matter if you just want to get in shape or become the next Mr.Olympia, you need to read this book. In all honesty, you need this book on your shelf.

This is truly an OUTSTANDING book on bodybuilding. I haven't seen anything close to it thus far in my many years of reading. I liked it so much, I ended up buying a copy for myself to use as a reference. All aspects of muscle building are covered: exercise, nutrition, supplements, etc. The book is somewhat outdated (and incorrect) with respect to some of its discussion on supplements. That's natural... since the book was last updated over ten years ago. You will not be disappointed if you are looking to get more muscles.
