Perfect for reading aloud to children! My 5yo especially laughed a lot as I used my best southern accent and affectation to tell this silly tale. I loved the idioms and exclamations. But I prefer the stories in the other Epossumondas books, so check those out, too.

Just an all-around great read. This is a wonderfully retold folk tale. I highly recommend reading it out loud. Even if you're not reading to anyone else, just read it out loud. Find a friend, a child or an adult, and read it to them. It's so much fun.
