This is a 42-minute documentary about the life on the sub-Antarctic island of South Georgia, which hosts half the world's
population of elephant seals, 500,000 penguins, the wold's largest colony of albatross and receives about 2-million fur seals which breed there annually.
Extremely dynamic scene is the fight between two 20-foot-long bull-elepant seals.
Fuuny is this female albatross that incubates while holding a large egg under her belly.
A British zoologist comes and takes her egg to measure it for scientific research.
Since she somewhat gets used to his annual research, she doesn't fight back and simply lets him take a measurement of her egg.
It is a fascinating, amazing, lyrical and lovingly observed documentary.
