Cross Academy is attended by two groups of students: the Day Class and the Night Class. At twilight, when the students of the Day Class return to their dorm, they cross paths with the Night Class on their way to school. Yuki Cross and Zero Kiryu are the Guardians of the school, protecting the Day Class from the Academy's dark secret: the Night Class is full of vampires!

Outside the safe boundary of the academy, Yuki is attacked by a vampire. Injured and unable to defend herself, two Night Class students come to her aid and kill the vampire. When Yuki asks them why they killed their own kind, they tell her to come to the Moon Dormitory at midnight to learn the answer...

Vol.2 is where it starts to get a bit interesting. Lots of focus on the Night Class. Yuki and Zero's relationship has made progress in this volume, as they now trust each other more than they did in the first volume. I hope the rest of the series will be fun to read.

could not belive that zero is a vampire. he would be the last person u would think would be one. I know for nsure that he dislikes that the fact that he is turning into a vampire

Up to book eight is good. books 11-14 is a little stretched out and over done. its too long.

The Headmaster orders Yuki and Zero to do some shopping, and a Level E vampire has attacked them in the process. Luckily, two vampires in the night class, Shiki and Ichijo, happened to be there at the time. The vampire was killed by the two, and they invite Yuki and Zero to find out why they killed the vampire.
