I have now had this book out for 5 weeks. Great instructions, great pictures. Easy to follow. I have never worked with a circular needle before and will not go back to DPN's. Good patterns, but I am having a hard time finding patterns for men's socks. This is a good 'teach yourself' book.

Wish the library had the first book because this one totally confused me. I found another book ("Knitting Circles Around Socks") that is much better at explaining the technique. I consider myself an "advanced" knitter and can tell you this is NOT a book for the inexperienced knitter!

Wow!!! However, you have to be able to follow written instructions, because, while knit on a circular needle, both are knit in the round at the same time. Great!
