I also found it dull. I didn't finish it. I got a good way into it and it was more a story about the abductor Garrido than about JayCee. While I really wanted to get to JayCee's story there just wasn't enough to hold my interest.

I found the authors account of Jaycee's ordeal very dry. A lot of detail and very lengthy. Good reporting but dull reading. I don't know why I decided to read this book, we all know the story. What a brave and amazing person she is!
