What a find! It's obvious the author has a lust for food, life and family. Beautiful photos of the farm and many of the recipes make this a great book to sit with a cup of tea to savour it all. Feeling I need to purchase a copy for my own shelves.

I have only made a couple recipes so far, but I love how she organized the book into seasons. It makes it very easy to use the freshest ingredients possible. I love to cook and these recipes have simple ingredients that overall seem easy to prepare. This will definitely be a cookbook I purchase.
