Hatsune Miku is back and bigger than ever on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation vita in the upcoming rhythm game, Hatsune Miku: project diva x. For those new to project diva, it is an addictive core rhythm game starring the digital singer, Hatsune Miku. Project diva x is driven forward though a narrative which centers on Miku and her friends undertaking various requests as they explore the five clouds that make up their world. For the Miku veterans, project diva x has 30 songs and 300 modules (costumes) that get dropped.

Very lightweight for a Project Diva game. Becomes a boring randomized grind-fest for modules and accessories after you quickly complete the short songlist. The game is also lacking the features that made the older games so replayable, such as a decent edit mode or cinematic PVs, instead opting for a more simple, collection-based approach. Even then, the menu screens are clunky, and the way the game boots you into the main menu every time you beat a song is frustrating considering loading times. For fans of the Vocaloids as characters, collecting new items might be fun, but for people who love Project Diva as a great rhythm game then you're better off downloading Future Tone or waiting for that game's physical release.

Tatsu you were spelling Vocaloid right but "spellign" there is the problem.

This game is a must play for any Vocaloid (I hope I'm spellign that right) fan.

There's a bunch of epic songs by Miku, Luka (Luka's my girl!), KAITO, Rin, Len, and...... MEIKO's there too but no one likes her.

I'm glad Lost One's Weeping is in here because that song is awesome (I do want to say go watch the dubstep version of that made by dj-jo. You can find him on the YouTubes.) but I do wish that Love Is War was in here (one of my favs). Maybe it's in one of the Japan only games but whatever. And I hate to say this but there's too much Miku. That's right, I said it. I just want more song by the other Vocaloids. And getting songs are a pain in the tail!

There is a story to the game but it really doesn't matter. The costumes in here are really fraxing cool and I'm glad that there's costumes from Project F, too.

Gameplay is still fun, songs are still epic, costumes are still cool. Must play for any fan of Miku and her friends or anyone how likes QTEs.
