The clues point in different directions, and her boss orders her to cease investigating her most promising suspect. But determined to solve the case and perhaps discover another clue in her grandfather's murder, she pushes ahead, regardless of the danger.

A great cast of characters. Twist and turns that include funny parts with Aunt Martha that reminded me of Evanovich’s Grandma Mazur, made this a good reading experience. Canadian Author living in Niagara Region of Ontario to boot. Serena Jones series to look forward to.

I thought a Fool and his Monet read like The Heist and other books in the series written by Evanovich and Goldberg. It was funny, light, and an unexpected plot. Suspense and romance combined with unusual characters and laughs. What's not to like?

FBI Special Agent Serena Jones has a mental age about that of Barbie. Readers can actually vote on which guy she "should end up with."
