I thoroughly enjoyed this tale of redemption, grieving, and soul searching! Mari after losing her cousin, decides to break free from her social media addiction and make the long-distance hike her and her cousin Bri had always talked about doing to celebrate their shared 18th Birthday. Along her hiking adventure Mari meets numerous people who positively impact her and her experiences along her journey teach her self-worth, to trust in her abilities, and to never give up. A funny, relatively light-hearted 'Wild' for the young adult!
