Nora Roberts is one of my favourite authors and this book is as brilliant as all the in death books are.
More depth than a few of the previous books, great detail and a better portrayal of the main characters.
Much better than the last three "In Death" books, whick were awful. I believe that Roberts wrote this herself , and not ghost writers. Its a better calibre of written English, back to what it was before. Dallas is more like herself, with much less gratutious profanity. The same for Peabody. We are all glad of that. Robb/Roberts must have read all the bad reviews she was getting. Also there was a style distinct style change in this one, in that the culprit was revealed long before the ending, and not right at the end as in most previous books in the series.
A typical who done it.....there have been better Eve Dallas books....was ok...
