I'm sorry, but this cookbook is a real dud. It's almost like the author (Ree Drummond) just had to write another book to please her publisher. The Hamburger Steak with Mushroom Gravy, for example, was flavorless--look for her Salisbury Steak recipe instead (not in this book). Also, Chicken Picatta is not typically made with heavy cream. Enough said, these are just a few examples. Very disappointed here.
